Glutathione is the master antioxidant the body makes for itself. It sits at the center of how cells handle oxidative stress, recycle other antioxidants like vitamins C and E, and support the liver's natural processing pathways. Concentrations are highest in the tissues that work the hardest, including the liver, spleen, and heart.

Oral glutathione has historically been a hard sell because most forms break down before they reach circulation. Setria is the form used here, a clinically studied three-amino-acid molecule of glutamic acid, cysteine, and glycine that has been shown to raise blood glutathione levels reliably. That is what makes this an oral capsule worth using rather than a theoretical one.
