Personalized, Not Protocols

Integrative Medicine Services in Oshkosh, Wisconsin

Green Medicine of Wisconsin is an integrative clinic in Oshkosh. We care for people with Lyme and tick-borne illness, mold and CIRS, hormone and thyroid concerns, and complex chronic symptoms, and for people who feel well and want to stay that way. New patients are seen in person here. The first visit is $710, and your $200 deposit is applied to it.

We believe no single approach holds the whole answer. Advanced labs, targeted prescription therapies, circadian medicine, herbs, homeopathy, lifestyle work, each has its place, and none of them, on its own, is enough. The art is knowing when to reach for which.

Nurse practitioners with full prescribing authority and deep integrative training. Evelyn Andersen, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, and Dr. Jamie Lorrigan, DNP, APRN, are licensed nurse practitioners. Their prescribing covers standard medications, compounded medications through partner compounding pharmacies, ILADS-informed antibiotic regimens, bioidentical hormones, and peptide therapy, each chosen case by case.

That scope is what makes the toolkit on this page so broad: advanced light and laser therapy, including the Weber Endolaser, UV blood irradiation (UVBI), IV light, and red light; IV nutrient and hydration therapy; ozone IV; herbal antimicrobial and supportive regimens; homeopathy, from acute first-aid prescribing to constitutional work; nutritional and lifestyle counseling; manual lymphatic drainage; SkinPen PRF microneedling; and EVOX sessions. It is a sample of what we draw on within an individualized plan, not a menu, and through our network of trusted partners and compounding pharmacies we can reach beyond what is listed here. Tick-Borne and Complex Chronic Illness

Acute Tick Bite Telemedicine Visit

We have been getting a lot of questions about urgent visits for an acute tick bite. We see the need and we are stepping in. Urgent care is not always set up for tick-borne illness. Green Medicine of Wisconsin is, with Lyme-literate providers who do this every day. Our Lyme care is guided by ILADS. Dr. Jamie Lorrigan, DNP, APRN, sees acute tick bite visits by video. For Wisconsin residents thirteen and older. Learn more about the Acute Tick Bite Telemedicine Visit

Treatment of Lyme Disease

Caring for people with Lyme and other tick-borne illness is a large part of our practice. Evelyn (Evey) Andersen, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, and Dr. Jamie Lorrigan, DNP, APRN, are both Lyme-literate providers. Our Lyme care is guided by the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS), and we draw on a range of approaches, individualized to each person, including ILADS-informed antibiotic regimens when appropriate, herbal antimicrobial and supportive regimens, and compounded prescriptions through partner compounding pharmacies. Newer diagnostic tools allow for more thorough assessment, and because Lyme can look like many other conditions, careful evaluation matters. If you think you have been bitten by a deer tick, or have had contact with a pet that carries Lyme, we encourage you to seek care.

Mold Toxicity and CIRS Evaluation

Many people with tick-borne illness also have concerns related to mold exposure, and the two can overlap. Our providers evaluate mold and water-damaged building exposure, including CIRS, as one part of a thorough, whole-person assessment that brings together your environment, your history, your symptoms, and appropriate labs. From there, next steps are discussed with you directly and built into your personalized plan.

PANDAS/PANS Evaluation and Care

PANS, or Pediatric Acute-Onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome, and PANDAS, its streptococcus-associated form, involve a sudden onset of behavioral, emotional, and physical symptoms in a child. That abrupt, almost overnight change is often the clearest sign that something beyond a primary psychiatric or neurological condition is at play. These are complex situations, and our providers offer careful evaluation and work closely with families to understand what is happening and to build a thoughtful, individualized plan under medical guidance.

Hormones, Longevity and Foundations

Optimal Aging & Longevity

Healthy aging care looks at how you are functioning now and what matters to you in the years ahead, from cognition and vision to strength and mobility. Your provider considers diet, exercise, sleep, stress, and hormones together, with appropriate testing, and builds a personalized plan around your goals. Many patients come to us feeling well and wanting a thoughtful, long-term plan built on their own history.

Bioidentical Hormones (BHRT)

Hormone balance is highly individual, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. At Green Medicine of Wisconsin, hormone therapy is prescribed only after appropriate testing and only under the guidance of our providers, with each prescription tailored to the individual. In your visit we review your testing, your symptoms, and your goals, and we build a plan specific to you.

Peptide Therapy

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that the body uses in many of its normal signaling processes. At Green Medicine of Wisconsin, peptide therapy is offered as one option within a personalized plan, prescribed and monitored under the guidance of a practitioner. Whether peptide therapy fits your situation is a conversation to have at your first visit.

In-Clinic Therapies and Infusions

IV Therapy

Intravenous nutrient therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, and fluids directly into the bloodstream. Green Medicine offers a range of IV formulations, and each is provided under the guidance of our providers as part of a personalized plan rather than off a menu. Because nutrients given by IV bypass digestion, absorption is more direct than with oral supplements. In your visit we review your history and goals and talk through whether an IV formulation is a sensible part of your plan and, if so, which one.

UBI + Ozone Therapy

Ozone is an energized form of oxygen that has been used in various medical settings for many years. In the approach we offer, a small amount of your own blood is drawn, mixed with a measured amount of ozone, and returned to you. We also offer ultraviolet blood irradiation, or UBI, in which blood is briefly exposed to calibrated ultraviolet light using specialized IV tubing. Both are offered only under the guidance of our providers and only as one part of a personalized plan. During your visit we explain how each is done, what to expect, and whether either fits your situation.

Weber Endolaser Therapy

Advanced laser therapy, delivered where the body can actually use it. The Weber Endolaser is a medical laser system made by Weber Medical in Germany. It is a form of photobiomodulation, the study and use of how specific wavelengths of light interact with living cells. It is part of our broader light and laser toolkit, which also includes IV light, UV blood irradiation (UVBI), and red light.

Lymphatic Massage (Manual Lymphatic Drainage)

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialized medical massage technique that uses light pressure and specific skin-stretching movements, in a set pattern, to encourage the natural flow of lymph. It uses a much lighter touch than traditional massage, and no oil or lotion is used. Many people find it a calm, relaxing experience, and sessions are offered as part of a personalized plan.

PRF Microneedling

PRF microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that pairs microneedling with Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF), prepared from your own blood. Green Medicine uses the SkinPen device. Sessions are planned around your skin goals with minimal downtime, and your provider walks you through the procedure and what to expect at a consultation.

Whole-Person and Lifestyle Care

Homeopathy

Homeopathy is one of the tools we reach for at Green Medicine of Wisconsin, chosen for where you are rather than offered as a standalone fix. Our homeopathic prescribing ranges from acute first-aid remedies to constitutional work. Like everything here, it is considered inside an individualized, root-cause plan built with you in consultation.

EVOX Sessions

The EVOX system uses the voice (VOX is Latin for voice) to create visual maps of a person's perceptions about topics such as health, relationships, work, or athletic performance. It is a perception-mapping tool that works with your own perspective, and sessions are offered as part of a personalized plan under the guidance of our team.

Health and Wellness Visits

A wellness visit is for people who feel reasonably well and want a clearer, more complete picture of their health. We look at lifestyle, diet, sleep, stress, and appropriate labs together and build a personalized plan. Green Medicine also maintains a wide range of hand-picked, high-quality supplements in the office, recommended where they fit your plan.

How to become a patient

Nutritional Counseling

Proper nutrition is a foundational aspect of health and wellness. Nutritional counseling is available alongside your broader care or on its own. Each person completes a 7-day dietary recall online, which your counselor uses to review vitamin and mineral intake, identify patterns and triggers in eating habits, and make personalized recommendations built around your wellness goals.

Integrative & Holistic Medicine

Integrative medicine brings multiple disciplines together. Natural therapies and prescriptions work together in one plan, with nutrition, lifestyle, and testing alongside them, so the whole picture of your health is considered. It is a partnership, and you play an active role in it.
