What happens after the deposit

Step 1: Kate sees your intake and deposit. Within one business day, our practice manager Kate reviews the form and the deposit. If anything is missing or needs clarifying, she reaches out by email or phone.

Step 2: Kate calls you to schedule. Kate calls within 1 to 3 business days to set your first appointment. Our typical booking window is 2 to 3 months out, sometimes longer during peak tick season. Appointments go in the order intakes arrive. Kate matches you with the right provider, Evelyn Andersen NP or Dr. Jamie Lorrigan NP, based on what you noted on your form.

Step 3: We request your prior records. Once you are scheduled, we send records requests to your prior providers so you do not have to chase them down yourself.

Step 4: Your provider prepares for your visit. Your provider reviews your intake form, your prior records, and any labs you uploaded before your appointment. Plan 3 to 4 hours total at the clinic for your first visit.

Pricing reminder

The $200 deposit is applied to your first visit. Typical first-visit total is $2,000 to $2,200 including labs and supplements. Cash-pay practice. Superbill for commercial insurance available on request.

If you need to cancel or reschedule

For your initial appointment, 48 business-hours notice keeps $100 of your deposit refundable. With less notice, the full deposit is retained.
