What it is

The Weber Endolaser is a medical laser system made by Weber Medical in Germany. It is a form of photobiomodulation, which simply means using specific colors of light to support the way cells produce energy and manage inflammation. What makes this device different is how the light is delivered. Instead of relying on light passing through the skin, the Endolaser can carry precise wavelengths directly to where they are needed through very fine fiber-optic guides. That means the energy arrives largely intact rather than mostly lost at the surface.

How it works, at the cell level

Cells run on a molecule called ATP, which is made by the mitochondria, the small power plants inside each cell. Specific wavelengths of light are absorbed by the mitochondria and can support more efficient energy production. When cells make energy more efficiently, they are better equipped to do their normal work of repair, signaling, and clearing inflammation. Different colors reach different targets. Red and infrared light travel well into tissue and are used for energy and recovery. Blue light has more surface-level and anti-inflammatory roles. We select the wavelengths and the delivery method to match your plan rather than running the same session for everyone.

We use the Endolaser as intravenous laser therapy, where light is delivered into the bloodstream so its effect is systemic, reaching the whole body rather than a single spot.
