The numbers
Most patients consider this an investment in finding answers. Here is what care costs, with nothing hidden.

In-clinic therapies such as IV therapy, peptide therapy, hormone prescriptions, and Weber Endolaser sessions are not on this table on purpose. Whether any of them belongs in your plan is a conversation we have at your visit. Those costs are discussed at your visit and depend on your plan.
What the $710 covers, and what is added
The initial appointment fee covers your two-hour office visit with your provider, Evelyn Andersen or Dr. Jamie Lorrigan. Before you arrive, your provider reviews your intake form, your prior records, and any labs you uploaded. In the room, you get about two hours one-on-one. Time enough to look at the whole picture.
About 2 hours one-on-one with your provider, 40 to 60 minutes with our RN reviewing your individualized plan, in-office labs, and checkout. You get a superbill after the visit.
Labs, and the supplements or medications you start with. The typical first-visit total of $2,000 to $2,200 includes both, so you see the full picture up front. It is a real workup, not the first of many charges before anything happens.
Most draws happen in our clinic. Our lab accepts most major insurance carriers, and lab orders can also be provided to have them drawn at an outside facility of your choosing. Bring recent labs from other providers. Reusing existing results saves money and avoids duplicate testing.
Supplements are dispensed in-clinic for continuity and quality control, and educational handouts listing ingredients are available for every supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
How a first visit is spent
Plan 3 to 4 hours at the clinic. Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time so we can check you in without cutting into your provider time.
One-on-one with your provider. Your history, your labs, and your goals shape the plan.
In-office labs. Some specialty kits ship to your home instead.
With our RN, reviewing your individualized plan step by step.
Fees are due at the time of service: the visit, labs, and any supplements you are starting.
Bring every current medication and supplement, in their original containers, plus any recent labs from other providers. Coming from out of town? See Traveling to Oshkosh for care.
Insurance, superbills, and payment
We are a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly. We provide a superbill after each visit, and patients with commercial insurance may submit it for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We do not have an insurance department, so submitting it is up to you, and we are happy to provide the records your claim needs.
Payment methods: cash, check, credit card, HSA, FSA. HSA and FSA reimbursement may require a Letter of Medical Necessity for some services and supplements. We can provide one on request.
Medicare, Medicare Supplemental, Medicaid, and CHIP
Green Medicine is not enrolled with Medicare, Medicare Supplemental, Medicaid, or CHIP and cannot submit claims. These programs do not reimburse patients for services from non-enrolled providers, so a superbill cannot be used the way it can with commercial insurance. Patients with these as primary coverage are welcome to see Evelyn Andersen on a private-pay basis. Jamie Lorrigan is not able to see patients whose primary coverage is Medicare, Medicare Supplemental, Medicaid, or CHIP. Please tell us your coverage type on the intake form before scheduling.
Why we are cash-pay
Without insurance-driven requirements, we can take the time to address multiple concerns in a single visit. Costs stay transparent, you avoid repeat copays, and your provider works for you, not a third party. It is a true partnership between you and your provider.
Deposits, cancellations, and refunds
The deposit. You pay the $200 deposit at the end of the online intake. It holds your place in line, and the full $200 is applied to your first visit.
Initial appointment. 48 business-hours notice keeps $100 of your deposit refundable. With less notice, the full deposit is retained.
Follow-ups. 24-hour notice is required, with a $50 last-minute cancellation fee otherwise. Emergencies and illness are handled case by case. If 2 follow-ups in a row are canceled and rescheduled, we ask for prepayment before the next reschedule.
Supplements. Supplements are not refundable or exchangeable. Please review ingredients before purchasing if you have allergies or sensitivities.
Ongoing care
Follow-up visits are $300 to $400. For Lyme and chronic-illness patients, follow-ups generally run every 8 weeks. Cadences for hormone, longevity, and other tracks vary. Consistent follow-up is how the care actually works. Phone and video follow-ups are available where state licensure permits, and patients are seen at least once per year for prescriptions.
Prescription refills take up to 5 business days to process, so please plan ahead. If you are on a thyroid or bioidentical hormone prescription, labs are required a few weeks to months after any dose adjustments, and refills are not provided until they are done. Supplement refills: order from the website or call the office, then pick up in office or arrange USPS shipping (fees apply).
A separate lane: acute tick bite video visits
Found and removed a tick recently and want a clinical answer fast? That is a different visit with its own pricing: $375 for a new acute tick bite video visit and $225 for a follow-up, with Dr. Jamie Lorrigan, DNP, APRN. It is for Wisconsin residents 13 and older with a recent tick bite, not for chronic Lyme or long-term tick-borne illness. Check eligibility and book.
Frequently asked questions
How much is the first visit at Green Medicine of Wisconsin?
$710 for the initial 2-hour office visit with your provider. The $200 deposit you paid at the end of intake is applied to it. Labs and the supplements or medications you start with are added on, which is why a typical first visit totals $2,000 to $2,200.
Why is the typical total $2,000 to $2,200 when the visit is $710?
Because the total includes labs and the supplements or medications you start with, not just the appointment. We state it up front so there are no surprises. It is often less, since in many cases labs are covered by your insurance.
Do you take insurance?
We are cash-pay. We provide a superbill after each visit for commercial insurance, which you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Medicare, Medicare Supplemental, Medicaid, and CHIP do not reimburse out-of-network providers, so a superbill will not work with them.
Can I pay with an HSA or FSA?
Yes. HSA and FSA are accepted, along with cash, check, and credit card. HSA and FSA reimbursement may require a Letter of Medical Necessity for some services and supplements. We can provide one on request.
Are labs included in the $710?
No. Labs are additional, and they are part of the typical first-visit total. Most draws happen in our clinic, our lab accepts most major insurance carriers, and lab orders can also be provided to have them drawn at an outside facility of your choosing. Bring recent labs from other providers so we can avoid duplicate testing.
What do follow-up visits cost, and how often are they?
Follow-up visits are $300 to $400. For Lyme and chronic-illness patients, follow-ups generally run every 8 weeks. Cadences for hormone, longevity, and other tracks vary. Phone and video follow-ups are available where state licensure permits.
Is the $200 deposit refundable?
The full $200 is applied to your first visit. If you cancel with at least 48 business-hours notice, $100 of the deposit is refundable. With less notice, the full deposit is retained.
What does an acute tick bite video visit cost?
$375 for a new visit and $225 for a follow-up visit, with Dr. Jamie Lorrigan, DNP, APRN. These video visits are for Wisconsin residents 13 and older with a recent tick bite, and they are separate from new patient care.
