Banderol is a tincture of Otoba bark extract (Otoba parvifolia), a tree native to the Amazon basin where indigenous communities have used it for centuries. The bark carries a unique set of plant compounds that have been studied for their support of healthy inflammatory response and immune resilience, which is the lens I bring to it in clinical practice.

Where most immune tinctures are designed to do all of the work themselves, Banderol is designed to do part of it. In the regimens I have used over the years, it is rarely a stand-alone botanical. It is most often paired with other plant extracts in a sequenced approach so the body can settle into a steadier pattern of response. The tincture format keeps it bioavailable as someone's clinical picture shifts.

I introduce Banderol when the surrounding inputs are calm and a clinician is helping read the response.
