A note from Evey
Biotonic is a thirteen-herb tincture inspired by classical Traditional Chinese Medicine formulations, built around astragalus, eleuthero, fo ti, sweet wormwood, atractylodes, Chinese peony, Chinese yam, codonopsis, ginger, poria, tangerine peel, turmeric, and licorice. The blend is designed to tonify digestion, support steady energy, and balance the inflammatory tone that runs underneath everyday life.
What differentiates Biotonic is the lineage. The formula draws on two of the most-used herbal blends in TCM, condensed into a daily liquid that supports the same broad goals: digestion, vitality, and a body that feels capable of its day. I appreciate this kind of formula because it offers depth without intervention-tier intensity, the lane between a single adaptogen and a sequenced botanical regimen.
Biotonic fits most naturally alongside a daily plate that respects the body and a body that gets moved every day. Energy and digestion both improve when food and movement are doing their daily work, and a tonic like this one supports that picture rather than substituting for it. I sometimes pair it with other formulas in a longer-arc plan, and I always pair it with a daily plate that respects the body's needs.
Use as a daily tonic in water or a beverage, or pair with other formulas under your practitioner's direction. Many patients enjoy it as part of a morning or mid-day ritual that anchors the rest of their day.
