Burbur Pinella is a tincture combining Desmodium molliculum and Pimpinella species, two plants with traditional use supporting the body's natural clearance pathways and a sense of mental clarity. The differentiator here is the pairing. Desmodium has long been used for its support of liver and lymphatic clearance, while Pimpinella adds a brighter, neurologically supportive layer.
