CDG EstroDIM combines indole-3-carbinol (I3C) and diindolylmethane (DIM), both of which are metabolites of cruciferous vegetables. The supplement is the concentrated dose, useful when the diet is not delivering enough or when a more targeted clinical effect is needed.
