CoQ-10 is one of the molecules at the center of how every cell in your body produces energy. It sits inside the mitochondrial membrane and helps shuttle electrons through the energy production cycle. When CoQ-10 is low, energy production runs slower, which shows up as the kind of low energy that does not respond well to caffeine or to sleep alone.

The form and the dose both matter. This is an oil-based 300 mg dose with natural vitamin E for stability and absorption, which is meaningful because CoQ-10 is fat-soluble and the cheaper crystalline forms absorb poorly.
