D-Hist Jr. is a kid-sized version of the targeted seasonal-support regimen. Quercetin is a flavonoid that supports normal histamine balance at the mast-cell level. Bromelain helps quercetin absorb and supports normal mucosal tissue. Stinging nettle has a long history of use for seasonal sensitivity. NAC supports normal mucus viscosity, and vitamin C rounds out the antioxidant side.

What sets this formula apart is the chewable format. Kids will actually take it, which is the part that determines whether the regimen works. The combination is built around mechanism rather than a single ingredient, which fits how seasonal sensitivity actually plays out.
