This is a calm-and-sleep regimen delivered as a liquid sachet, which I appreciate because absorption is faster than with capsules and the dose can be larger without asking you to swallow a handful of pills. The blend is built around the GABA pathway: GABA itself, L-theanine, glycine, magnesium citrate, taurine, 5-HTP, and L-tryptophan all converge on the same nervous system circuits that govern wind-down and sleep architecture.

What sets this formula apart is the addition of spermidine and the absence of melatonin. Spermidine is a polyamine the body uses in cellular housekeeping at night, the autophagy your cells perform during deep sleep.
