Houttuynia cordata is a leafy herb from East Asian traditional medicine that I use as part of broader botanical sequencing when supporting immune resilience. The plant carries its own family of essential-oil compounds and flavonoids, and the tincture format makes those constituents available to the body quickly through the mucosal lining.

The differentiator here is how Houttuynia has been studied in traditional formulas: it is rarely used alone.
