MegaSporeBiotic takes a different approach to probiotic delivery. Instead of refrigerated lactobacilli that struggle to survive stomach acid, it uses spore-forming Bacillus species that travel through the upper digestive tract dormant, then activate once they reach the colon. Each serving delivers a five-strain blend across HU36, HU58, SC-208, SL-307, and SC-109.

What sets this formula apart is the spore biology. Bacillus spores carry a protective protein coat that lets them sit through stomach acid and bile without losing viability. By the time they germinate, they are already where they need to be, which is part of why the formula does not require refrigeration.

This is an everyday nutrition supplement. The gut houses the largest concentration of immune signaling tissue in the body, and the bacteria living alongside it are part of how that signaling stays balanced day to day, which is the deeper why behind taking microbial diversity seriously.

I generally suggest one capsule daily with food, working up gradually if the gut needs time to adjust.
