Methyl B-12 Liposomal delivers methylcobalamin, the methylated and most bioactive form of vitamin B12, in a liposomal vehicle for steady absorption. B12 supports red blood cell formation, nervous system function, and the methylation cycle that influences energy, mood, and clearance pathways at the genomic level. The methylcobalamin form skips a conversion step that some patients struggle to make efficiently.

The differentiator is the combination of form and delivery. Cyanocobalamin, the cheaper synthetic B12, requires the body to convert it before use, and a meaningful share of the population carries genetic variants that slow that step.
