Formula Overview

OncoPLEX Plus Myrosinase provides 30 mg of glucoraphanin from broccoli seed extract paired with 170 mg of stable myrosinase from mustard seed, plus 100 mg of vitamin C per capsule.

A note from Evey

Broccoli is one of the most-studied vegetables in nutrition science, and the active molecule behind much of that research is sulforaphane. Sulforaphane is not actually present in raw broccoli. It is created when glucoraphanin, the precursor stored in broccoli seed and sprouts, meets myrosinase, the enzyme that converts it. The conversion is fragile, easily lost to cooking, processing, and storage. OncoPLEX Plus Myrosinase pairs both pieces in a single capsule so the conversion happens reliably.

What sets this formula apart is including stable myrosinase from mustard seed alongside the broccoli extract. Many sulforaphane products provide only the precursor and rely on gut bacteria to do the conversion, which is variable from person to person. Pairing the precursor with its enzyme upstream is a more reliable path.

Sulforaphane is best known for engaging the Nrf2 pathway, a master regulator the body uses to manage oxidative stress and cellular housekeeping. This is a foundational supplement for clean daily inputs and a real-food plate. The deeper why is that the pathways supported by cruciferous vegetables are exactly the pathways that handle daily exposure to environmental load, and supporting them upstream is part of long-arc resilience in a modern world.

I generally suggest one capsule daily with food, alongside a regular cruciferous-vegetable habit on the plate.
