Ortho B Complex is built as a balanced regimen: five USP B vitamins for general coverage, plus folate, methylcobalamin, biotin, choline, and inositol for the methyl-donor pathways that increasingly common variants in MTHFR and adjacent genes ask for.

Most generic B complexes still use folic acid and cyanocobalamin. This one uses methylated folate and methylcobalamin, the forms the body can use without an extra conversion step. For people whose conversion enzymes run slowly, that distinction is the difference between a supplement that registers and one that doesn't.
