Formula Overview

Specialized pro-resolving mediators, or SPMs, are the signaling molecules that drive that second phase. SPM Supreme provides three of them, 18-HEPE, 17-HDHA, and 14-HDHA, alongside EPA and DHA from a fractionated marine lipid concentrate.

What sets this formula apart is that it skips a step. Most fish oil supplies the upstream omega-3s and trusts the body to convert them into resolution mediators. SPM Supreme delivers the resolution mediators directly, which can matter for people whose conversion pathway is sluggish.
