Formula Overview
3 grams of taurine and 2 grams of glycine per serving in a flavorless powder, designed to support healthy aging, antioxidant status, mitochondrial function, and connective tissue.
A note from Evey
Taurine and glycine are conditionally essential amino acids. The body makes them, but production can fall short during stress, aging, illness, intense training, or low-protein dietary patterns. Together they cover a lot of ground: glycine builds collagen and feeds glutathione synthesis, taurine supports mitochondrial function in heart and skeletal muscle, and both contribute to bile production and neurotransmission. Taurine and Glycine Powder provides 3 g of taurine and 2 g of glycine per serving.
Where most amino-acid powders single out one residue, this one pairs them deliberately. Glycine alone is restorative. Taurine alone is energizing. Together they cover the spectrum from connective tissue and antioxidant status to cellular energy, in one flavorless scoop that mixes into water, broth, or a warm beverage.
This is a foundational supplement for steady fueling and restorative sleep. Long-arc health and protein-light eating patterns both leave gaps in these two amino acids that are easy to close, which is part of why they earn a regular spot in the routine.
Mix one scoop into water or broth in the evening, particularly if sleep and recovery are the goals. The flavorless powder folds into a warm cup easily and does not change the taste of broth or tea.
